SAUSAGE / EGG CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Bulk Sausage
  • 9 Med Eggs
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Slices Bread (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheese of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage in frying pan until done, drain off grease. Mix with remaining ingredients and put into a 3qt. greased baking dish.
Refirgerate for at least 1 hr or over night.
Bake at 350o F for 1 hour.
