Frosted Strawberry Squares

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 Sticks Margarine (melted)
  • 2 Cups Plain Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans (chopped)
  • Filling:
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Strawberries
  • 1-32 oz Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°. Mix together the margarine, plain flour, brown sugar, and pecans and put in 9x13 inch pan. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

Take out 1/4 of the crust to save for topping. In a large bowl, mix together the egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and cool whip and pour over crust. Sprinkle the saved topping on top and freeze.
