Ingredients
- 1 medium orange
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
Step 1
Peel orange and scrape away white membrane. Break into sections and snip each section into eighths. Combine sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Add orange juice and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and becomes thick. Stir in orange pieces and cook 1 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in rind and butter. Cool.
