Apricot Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brandy, (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook apricots in water for about 30 minutes, until tender. Add sugar and brandy and cook gently for 7-10 minutes more. Cool.
