Ingredients
- 3 Royal Rivera Pears, cored and sliced or diced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup sliced celery
- Granola cereal
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- Head lettuce, torn
Preparation
Step 1
Gently toss pears in lemon juice. Arrange pears, celery and cereal on bed of lettuce. Spoon yogurt over individual servings. Serves 6.
