Step 1
In a bowl season 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon to tasts. Then in other bowl mix 1/4 c vegetable oil, 1/3 c soy sauce, 1/3 c water, 1/3 c brown sugar, 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix and pour marinade in bag and marinade. Then grill.
