Ingredients
- 6 oranges, thin sliced
- 3 lemons, thin sliced
- Sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cover oranges and lemons with water and let stand overnight, then boil 45 minutes and let stand overnight. Measure and bring to boil. Add 1 1/2 times as much sugar as fruit and water. Boil 45 minutes. Add just before taking from heat, 1 cup lemon juice.
Pour into sterilized jars.
