Ingredients
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts (cooked and cubed)
- 1 Cup Macaroni (cooked)
- 1/2 Cup Onion
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Chicken Boullion Cube (made according to directions)
- 1 1/2 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1 Cup Toast (crumbled)
- 2 Cups Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread 3/4 of toast crumbs in bottom of dish. Mix chicken and macaroni together and place on top of crumbs. Mix together onion, butter, flour, boullion, cheese, and milk and pour over chicken and macaroni. Sprinkle the rest of crumbs on top and bake for 30 minutes.
