Ingredients
- 8-10 large sweet potato; cooked, sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon orange rind
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 pound margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar and salt. Arrange potatoes in two layers in 13 x 9 x 2 inch
baking pan. Pour orange juice and rind over. Sprinkle with sugar mixture;
dot with margarine. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 325 °F. Uncover and
continue to bake until potatoes are browned and glazed.
