Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli (cut)
  • 4 cups cauliflower (cut)
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine veggies. Combine mayo, sour cream, sugar and vinegar and whisk until smooth. Pour over veggies and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
