Apple Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 c. apple juice or cider

Preparation

Step 1

Season flour with salt and pepper.
Lightly flour pork chops and brown one side in butter
Turn pork chops.
Stir in onion and juice.
Bring to a boil, lower to a simmer and cover for 7-8 min.
