Cake mix, almond extract, water, powdered sugar and milk not listed as ingredient. How much almond extract, water, powdered sugar, milk?

Ingredients

  • 8 oz container Cool Whip
  • 1/3 cup raspberry jam (or your favorite)
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked cocomut

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed on package in two round cake tins, adding the almond extract with the water for frosting. Whisk pudding mix and powdered sugar and milk until thickens, folding in Cool Whip. Spread jam over bottom half of cake and then 1 cup of frosting over the jam. Top with remaining cake layer. Spread sides and top with remaining frosting and then pat coconut over cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
