Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 3/4 C butter - softened
- 4 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 t coconut extract
- 2 C flaked coconut - toasted if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, add powdered sugar and extract and continue to beat until smooth.
After frosting cake or bars, sprinkle with the coconut and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
