Ingredients
- 2 C. crushed fresh strawberries
- 4 C. sugar
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) package powdered pectin
- 3/4 C. water
Preparation
Step 1
Compbine strawberries and sugar, stirring well.
Let stand 20 min, stirring occasionally.
Combine pectin and water in small pan,
Bring to a boil and boi 1 minute. Stirring constantly.
pour pectin mixture over strawberry mixture , stir 3 min.
immediately pour jam into jelly jars or frozen food containers. leaving 1/2" space.
Cover at once with lids,
Cool.
Refergerate up to 3 weeks. Freeze up to 1 year.
