Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz crab meat,drained and flaked
- 1 tsp red onion chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sace
- 1 green onion finely sliced
- 1 lg garlic clove minced
- 1 package won ton wrappers
- small bowl of water to wet wrappers
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crab and cream cheese in a bowl stir until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Put a small dollop of crab mixture in the middle of a won ton wrapper. Wet the edges of wonton wrapper and fold into a diamond shape. Fry in oil until golden brown.
