  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz crab meat,drained and flaked
  • 1 tsp red onion chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sace
  • 1 green onion finely sliced
  • 1 lg garlic clove minced
  • 1 package won ton wrappers
  • small bowl of water to wet wrappers



Step 1

Combine crab and cream cheese in a bowl stir until well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients. Put a small dollop of crab mixture in the middle of a won ton wrapper. Wet the edges of wonton wrapper and fold into a diamond shape. Fry in oil until golden brown.
