Ann's Wild Rice w/Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. (6 oz) mix - Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (original recipe)
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 beaten eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the rice as directed on the package
Cook approx. 25 minutes until water is absorbed
Add cooked sausage
Add 2 beaten eggs
Put in casserole dish
Bake at 350o for approx. 1/2 hour

I use Parks Sausage (1 lb) ( you can find it in the frozen section of Food Mart/Walbaums)
Cook and cut into small size bits before adding to the rice mix.
