Individual Potato Gratin

Ingredients

  • vegetable spray
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; grated
  • 2 green onion; finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

reheat oven to 375°F.

Spray 8 muffin pans (or small dishes) with vegetable spray. Layer potato
slices, cheese and onions into each muffin cup or dish. Season with salt
and pepper and top each gratin with a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream.
Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 minutes, removing the foil halfway
through cooking time. Invert gratins onto plate and serve.
