- l lb crab meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 TBS mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp horseradish
- parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs sauted in butter with herbs
Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients together and form in 4 cakes. Refrigerate to firm up
Saute in butter
