Crab Cake

Ingredients

• l lb crab meat
• 2 eggs
• 1 TBS mayo
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 tsp horseradish
• parsley
• 1 cup bread crumbs sauted in butter with herbs

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients together and form in 4 cakes. Refrigerate to firm up

Saute in butter
