Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup of sugar ( I changed this to 1/2 to be healthier) and added little more yogurt about 2 oz.
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz of yogurt
- 1 cup of white flour
- 2/3 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- (optional chocolate chips, walnuts)
Preparation
Step 1
Mash bananas in separate bowl. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add bananas, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients. Bake in a greased loaf pan @ 350 for 1 hour.
