Ingredients
- 10 ounces spinach
- 1/2 cup flour
- 24 ounces chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 whole garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook spinach 2 min
2. Combine flour, salt and pepper-dredge chicken
3. Melt butter and cook chicken
4. Add chicken broth and next 4 to skillet-reduce by half
5. Add Spinach -serve chicken over spinach
