Mahogany Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 6 large skinless chicken thighs; about 2-1/4 pounds total

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450°F. Coat a roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, orange juice, ketchup and hot
sauce. Set aside half for basting, half for serving.

Place chicken skinned side up in pan. Brush generously with soy mixture for
basting. Roast for 40 minutes, brushing every 10 minutes with sauce.
