Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
- 2 TBS red onion or shallot, chopped finely
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped finely
- juice from 1/2 a lime
- sea salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pineapple, red onion, avocado,and cilantro in a medium sized bowl. Add lime juice. Toss gently, and season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
