Ingredients
- Add:
- 4 cups cooked grated beets
- 4 cups grated uncooked cabbage
- 1/4 jar of prepared horseradish
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayene pepper (if desired)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together well. Put in jars and cover with vinegar.
It's ready to use. If you like it tangier you can add more vinegar.
