Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans drained artichoke hearts, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together.

Pour into casserole.

(Can make day before needed and refrigerate.)

Bake at 350 degrees until it boils.

Serve with crackers as a dip.
