Scalloped Potatoes

  • 6-8 Medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish. In a saucepan, heat up cream with garlic. In casserole dish, place a layer of potatoes in an overlapping pattern and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour 1/3 of the cream over potatoes. Top with parmesan. Make 2 more layers. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top and broil until cheese browns, about 5 minutes.
