Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter room temp.
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 extra large eggs room temp.
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 half pints fresh blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350
in the bowl of electric mixer, cream sugar & butter, until light an fluffy.'
add eggs one at a time. add vanilla, sour cream and milk. In seperate bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Slowly add to wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Scoop into greased muffin tins or use cupcake liners. Fill to top.
Bake for 25-30 min.
