Ingredients
- 2 large cans sweet potatoes or yams, well drained
- 1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or half n' half
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a 13x9 baking pan. Bake in 325 over for 15 minutes. In saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Stirring constantly, bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. Pour over potatoes. Bake, basting 3 times for 15 minutes longer.
