Ingredients
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in chunks
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
In large zip lock bag, combine oil, garlic,rosemary and salt; add potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer to baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Add broth; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
