Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Mix with 1/3 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients and whip until smooth. Pour into a greaded 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle topping over and bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
