Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
  • 2 limes, zest grated
  • 5-6 tablespoons mayonaise
  • fine sea salt
  • ground white pepper to taste
  • lettuce leaves or thin sliced cucumbers for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crab, lime zest, and enough mayonaise to coat
crab evenly. Arrange a layer of lettuce leaves or thinly sliced cucumbers on four salad plates. Place crabmeat in a mound atop lettuce or cucumbers.
