Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 2 limes, zest grated
- 5-6 tablespoons mayonaise
- fine sea salt
- ground white pepper to taste
- lettuce leaves or thin sliced cucumbers for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crab, lime zest, and enough mayonaise to coat
crab evenly. Arrange a layer of lettuce leaves or thinly sliced cucumbers on four salad plates. Place crabmeat in a mound atop lettuce or cucumbers.
