Ingredients
- 2 lb. por tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients.
Pour over the meat in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
Let rest 10 minutes and slice.
