Ginger Lime Twister

Ginger provides potassium & omega-6-fatty acid. Limes add vitamin C & A and also Omega-6-fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts filtered water
  • 4 " chunk of fresh ginger root, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Smash fruit slightly with a wooden spoon to extract juice. Let sit for at least 3 hours or refrigerate overnight
