Anipasta Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 Crescent Rolls
  • 1/3 # Ham
  • 1/3 # Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1/3 # Salami
  • 1/3 # Provolone Cheese
  • 2/3 # Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Eggs – Beaten
  • 2 T Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350˚

Spread: 1st crescent roll on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Layer: Ham, half of the Swiss Cheese, Salami, Provolone, Pepperoni, and remaining Swiss Cheese.
Pour most of the beaten egg over the top layer of Swiss Cheese (saving a small amount)
Put 2nd crescent roll on top and brush with remaining egg.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese

BAKE: covered for 30 minutes and then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
