Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1/2 cantaloupe (rockmelon)
- 4 – 6 leaves rainbow chard (silverbeet)
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 .) Remove rind from cantaloupe.
- 2 .) Wash all ingredients well.
- 3 .) Add produce through the juicer, pour over ice and enjoy!
