Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fontina
  • 1/2 cup Swiss or Gruyere
  • 3 oz. Goat cheese or feta cheese (optional)
  • Pasta or macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

Grate the cheeses and mix.
Boil the macaroni and while still warm, toss with the cheeses.
Bake at 325 for ONLY 6 minutes.
