Ingredients
- 2 Pkgs Frozen Strawberries (10 Oz) Sliced & in Syrup, Thawed
- 4 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbls Cold Water
- 1 Tbls Kirsch
- Cream Puffs
- Whipped Cream (Sweetened)
Preparation
Step 1
Puree Strawberries in Blender & Place into Sauce Pan. Blend Cornstarch with Cold Water: Stir into Strawberry Puree. Cook until thickens, Stirring Constantly, and Comes to a Boil. Add Kirsch. Place into Fondue Pot and Keep over Heat.
Spear Cream Puff, Dip into Strawberry Fondue & then into Whipped Cream.
