Strawberry Dessert Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 Pkgs Frozen Strawberries (10 Oz) Sliced & in Syrup, Thawed
  • 4 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbls Cold Water
  • 1 Tbls Kirsch
  • Cream Puffs
  • Whipped Cream (Sweetened)

Preparation

Step 1

Puree Strawberries in Blender & Place into Sauce Pan. Blend Cornstarch with Cold Water: Stir into Strawberry Puree. Cook until thickens, Stirring Constantly, and Comes to a Boil. Add Kirsch. Place into Fondue Pot and Keep over Heat.

Spear Cream Puff, Dip into Strawberry Fondue & then into Whipped Cream.
