Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 to 1 cup milk
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups instant potatoes
- 4 oz soft cream cheese with chives and onions
Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, milk, butter and salt in a microwavable bowl. Add potatoes. Cook 5-7 minutes covered in microwave. Stir in cream cheese. Add milk to desired consistency. Heat one more minute in the microwave.
