Ingredients
- 1 1/2 # large peeled shrimp
- 2-3 red peppers cored and sliced
- 4 scallions diced
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 2 T white wine
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- 2 T olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 oz feta cheese
- flat bread
Preparation
Step 1
Combine shrimp, peppers, scallions, garlic, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with feta. Bake at 425 for about 12-15 minutes until shrimp are opaque throughout. Serve with lemon wedges and crumbled flat bread.
