Crowd-Pleaser Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 mad. potatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tap. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. popper
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook, by boiling, potatoes in jackets until barely tender , cool and grate. Mix butter and soup until smooth. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until blended Pour over potatoes and stir. Pour into buttered 9x13-inch pan and lop with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
