• 1/2 c. olive oil
• 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1-2 tsp. grated lemon rind
• 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
