Yvonne's cranberry salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of cranberries
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 large box cherry jello
  • 2 small chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (20oz) can pineapple, well drained

Preparation

Step 1

Cook cranberries in water until they pop. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar & jello, mix well. Sit aside. Chop apples, nuts and drain pineapple. Pour over cranberry mixture in bow. Put in refrigerator until set. Best if made 2 or 3 days ahead.
