Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and smash blueberries with a fork. Serve as-is or pour through a sieve for a perfectly smooth sauce.
Serve over grilled fish, poultry, pork, or beef. Transfer extra sauce to a mason jar or seal-tight container for storage.
