Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar - divided
- 6 tblsp softened butter
- 2 pkg (8 oz ea) cream cheese
- 3 cups milk - divided
- 2 pkgs (4 serv ea) lemon instant pudding
- 8 oz whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter until blended. Press onto bottom of 13x9 pan. Beat softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup milk until blended. Spread over crust. Pour 2 3/4 cups milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Blend well. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened, Cover with whipped topping. Refrigerate.
