Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, scallions, horseradish, salt, and pepper, and mix. Gently mix in all but 1 teaspoon of the dill and salmon. Chill at least an hour and serve with crackers and fresh veggies for dipping. Garnish the top with fresh dill before serving.
