Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Beat butter and sugar in mixer until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beat until combined
In another bowl, sift all dry ingredients, add to the butter mixture until combined. Add milk and jam
