Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 c. vegetable oil
• 1 white cake mix
• 3 T. flour
• 1 3 oz. strawberry jello
• 1 10 oz. frozen strawberries thawed
• reserve 3 T. for frosting
• Frosting
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 4 T. butter softened
• 3 T. reserved strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, oil and water. In a large mixer bowl add flour and cake mix. Stir in egg mixture, jello and strawberries. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of cake is clean. Cool and frost
