Potato Cheese Dish

Ingredients

  • Big pot of potatoes
  • 1 Large onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • pepper and salt taste
  • 1/2 can cream mushroom soup
  • Crush cornflakes (melt butter to wet cornflakes)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil big pot of potatoes, slice
Saute a big onion in 2 tbsp butter, chop
Add all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
If brown, cover loosely with tinfoil
