Ingredients
- Big pot of potatoes
- 1 Large onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- pepper and salt taste
- 1/2 can cream mushroom soup
- Crush cornflakes (melt butter to wet cornflakes)
Preparation
Step 1
Boil big pot of potatoes, slice
Saute a big onion in 2 tbsp butter, chop
Add all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
If brown, cover loosely with tinfoil
