COTTAGE POTATOES (HASH BROWN CASSEROLE)

  • 6-8 Medium potatoes
  • 1/2 - 16 oz sliced cheese pkge
  • 6-8 slices loaf bread
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Stalks celery
  • Corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in skin. Peel & cube, cube cheese & bread, chop peppers, onion, celery. Mix together & put into baking dish. Top w/1C crushed corn flakes. Bake 350 for 30 minutes
